KISTERS provides calibration and certification services for Tipping Bucket Rain Gauges. Periodic calibration offers reliability of measured data. Certificates help you in your QA processes and provide traceability and auditable documentation.
KISTERS engineering and fabrication workshop and experienced engineering staff have the ability to provide customised solutions for any of your monitoring requirements.
For quality assurance purposes KISTERS recommends all Tipping Bucket Raingauges to be calibrated in a yearly basis for optimum performance in the field. The maintenance of the Tipping Bucket Raingauge consists of testing the reed switch, balancing the bucket, cleaning the raingauge and re-calibration.
